After 6 years, the golden inscription on the ballot box began to fade, despite emails with a photo, no response, and at the end of the year, after a follow-up telephone call, I was told "we will not take charge the entire cost of resurfacing, only a 20% discount on the quote excluding tax” when it is sensible, when it is done well, to last at least 15 years… I am very disappointed with such a response and will not return to Roc Eclerc for future funerals. I follow up on the response provided below, much more responsive than by email: indeed work was carried out free of charge: still happy since it was the urn which was unsealed!!! Furthermore, the answer is incorrect since my dad did not die 14 years ago but in October 2014.

For a basic funeral, from the first phone call until the end, I greatly appreciated the empathy, tact, delicacy, professionalism of everyone, without forgetting the very competitive prices, the 5 stars are well deserved.
