To flee !! Really disappointed with my visit on Wednesday July 17 morning... The staff was very unpleasant, even disrespectful, especially an elderly lady. The times show 8 a.m., but when I arrived at 8:05 a.m., the lady was not at all happy. The automatic door didn't work, I waited a bit since it was opening... then this saleswoman arrived. I told her that the door didn't work and then she made remarks to me such as: "I know better than you, I'm a saleswoman here!", "You're rushing us", even though I made no inappropriate gesture. . After choosing my flowers to make my own arrangement, I go to the saleswoman to give them to her and I hear a “pffff”. I'm not talking about the bouquet that the florist put together, she didn't even bother to cut the stems for me... It wasn't a bouquet of flowers but a wrapped pile of flowers!! just horrible!!!! I won't come back again

We used their services for our wedding flowers, including table bouquets, buttonholes and my bridal bouquet, and everything was to our liking. I was delighted with my pretty bridal bouquet. A big thank you to Isabelle for her advice and warm welcome. The delivery was efficient and autonomous. THANKS !

Flowers, plants nothing to complain about, very good quality The store is very clean and the products are well taken care of. On the other hand, some of the staff are not very pleasant. A lady older than the others is very limited. In the aisles when we ask for advice we feel that we are disturbing. On the other hand, the younger staff, notably a gentleman at the checkout, is quite pleasant. Too bad because sympathy counts in a business

I like to come there to buy my flowers which are always at their peak of freshness and even certain aromatic plants. The store is clean and its aisles are tastefully decorated. There is even a decoration section where you can find something to please. The friendly staff who just make you want to go back. I recommend this store without any worries.
