As a long-time customer of Quartier Fleurs, I go from disappointment to disappointment. My young children went there for Mother's Day with €15 budget wanting roses, we stuck them with 3 half-faded (English) roses + €2 packaging without asking their opinion, €17 for 3 poor roses! What a shame, they ripped off my children, taking advantage of their youth, luckily I called and we were able to report it to them, the kindness is lacking, they don't even give us the bags to keep the bouquets anymore, we really miss the former manager, Guillaume , his good humor brightened up this shop, too bad.

A wide choice of cut flowers, often French, and at a very affordable price. Certainly, the welcome is not very warm (the gentleman who left was really a passionate trader, too bad...), here we cash in and that's it.

HORRIBLE UNPLEASANT SELLER, it seems like we are bothering them!!! We ask for prices over the phone, we refuse to give them to us for "fear that you will find cheaper with the competition" except we just have to go to several physical stores, in addition the prices are on the internet we tell them about it we get hung up on at nose ! A business that does not deserve success! The staff deserves to be changed!!

The flowers are loud like the saleswomen, hello and goodbye must be extra. For a classic bouquet at 20 euros it's starting to get expensive. I advise against :)

Missed Valentine's Day flowers, ordered 3 days before Valentine's Day, only instructions: 60 euros budget, only red roses, 2 - 3 well-placed white roses and light foliage, and let the creativity of the florist do its charm. Picked up quickly this morning at 8:30 a.m. to surprise my partner. The instructions were respected, everything is there, but to arrive at a bouquet of flowers for rather 12.90 in the supermarket flower section, it's not a joke, no sense of the artisan florist detected, the bouquet is pitiful, everyone admitted that it was light for 60 euros, the height of mockery, the florist had to exceed the budget to fix that, total 64.40. The only positive point was that the saleswoman was pleasant, otherwise to be avoided last time.
