The lady with the red hair doesn't know respect? No polite words, seems haughty when you ask a question, doesn't respond to the customers' needs, we left without a bouquet! Never again !!

Pleasantly surprised by the kindness of a saleswoman, for a first time with a florist I will go back there ☺️ My mom will be happy again, thank you very much 💕

I loved this store but the Manager was so unpleasant and was execrable when I wanted to order for my mother's funeral, that I haven't set foot there since. (the amount was nevertheless very significant) I bought flowers every week!!! I hope that the new manager, if this is the case due to the change of brand, will be more pleasant and available to her customers?

For a funeral we ordered our flowers on site. Very difficult to obtain information on the size, style of composition for the coffin....colors....absolutely not recommended......!!! 2 days later when ordering What a desappointment !!!!! Everything was faded!!!! Forced to start again!!! They added peonies... but the roses were really wilted! I really don't recommend! Very bad experience
